RETURNS 

We very much hope that you like your item from DARLING + VINTAGE. We provide full measurements and condition details in the listing, and we are more then happy to chat through any size or fit questions your have prior to buying. Please contact us if you have any queries or need more photos etc...

However, If you would like to return your item, then we do accept returns for full price items from UK customers only. To do this please use the following guidelines:

- Please email us with you order number and reason for returning at cassie.darlingvintage@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

- On receipt of this email, we will provide you with a return address.

- As a very small business, we would appreciate if items be shipped back within 7 days of you receiving it and that they must be in the same condition as was listed when purchased- unworn and unwashed.

-We recommend a signed for/ trackable service as we are not responsible for parcels getting lost.

-Gift cards and all items purchased as SALE is sold ‘AS IS’ and is non refundable under any circumstances.

-Once we have received the item back and inspected it, then we will issue a refund for the original amount, minus the shipping cost, via the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days to clear.

-The upmost care is taken to inspect and present the stock on the website. Please be mindful that this isn’t a brand new item, and has been worn before. Where possible, every visible flaw will be noted in the listing. If any flaws are missed please accept our apologies and contact us within the 14 day return period so that we can come to a resolution.

LAYAWAY

Sometimes we all need a little help and I’m please to announce a layaway option on higher priced pieces. Layaway is available on items over £100 that have been listed for 24hrs. 

Please contact me via the contact page if you would like the option of putting a deposit on an item. The deposit is 25% and the full balance must be paid in full within 30 days. If the balance is unpaid after the 30 days, then the deposit is lost and the item will be re-listed.

SHIPPING

We post using Royal Mail and aim to have it shipped within 4/5 days of purchase, please be patient as sometimes pieces go in for dry cleaning only after being sold.

As we are located in Northern Ireland that means we are exempt from having to put custom forms on any items sent within the EU.

There is a flat rate on all parcels. For heavier items, such as coats, please select the HEAVY PARCEL option at check out.

  • HEAVY PARCEL 2nd class signed £6.00 (+ £1.50 each additional item)

  • Special delivery £9.00 (+ £2.00 each additional item) takes 1-2 days for delivery.

EUROPE

  • Tracked £12.00 (+£2.00 each additional item)

  • HEAVY PARCEL tracked service £15.00 (+ £2.00 each addtional item)

USA

  • International tracked £21.00 (+ £3.00 each additional item)

  • HEAVY PARCEL tracked £30.00 (+ £4.00 each addtional item)

International Delivery

Please be aware that once an item has been shipped then you are responsible for all VAT fees, Import charges and taxes that are imposed by your country.

Lost/ missing Parcel

Once posted, Darling + Vintage will provide you with proof of shipping.  Unfortunatley Darling and Vintage are not responsible for Items that are lost or damaged, however we will endeavour to help with any investigations if this misfourtune happens.

SIZING

A lot of time is put into measuring our garments so that you can accurately compare them to your own measurements. We measure items flat and in inches. I also give a estimate for modern day sizing but I do recommend using the measurements to really understand how the item will fit you.
