Vintage 1980’s Navy Sweater with Rupert the Bear.  Round neck with a slouchy oversized fit. Rupert's scarf has fringing and his plaid trousers are hand embroidered.  Feels like an acrylic wool amd known to be hand knitted.

Good vintage condition.
