Vintage 1980’s Frank Usher Strapless Gown. She is made from shimmery, metallic blue grey material. She has a ruffled/ shell accordion pleated top with a shelf style corset. Her skirt is full length and pleated at the waist. The dress is beautifully made with a boned corset top and fully crinolined netted skirt. I’m not sure who realeased this style of dress first…Victor Costa or Frank Usher.

Dress is in Good vintage condition. one or two tiny pin holes in the skirt which are not noticiable in the full skirt.

Dress fits like a UK8, UK4.

Bust 32”/ Waist 26”/ Top of neckline to hem 49”
