Vintage 1980’s Ruffle dress by Frank Usher. She has a large white organza ruffled collar/sleeve that is sweetheart shaped. The black dress nips at the waist and pleats to a full skirt. The black dress feels like a light weight taffeta. Fully lined and there is a zipper and buttons to the back.

Good vintage condition. One tiny hole in the skirt at the back- not noticiable when wearing.

Fits like a UK12, US8.

Bust 36”/ Waist 31”/ Hips 48”/ Shoulder to Hem
